My passion for working with silver began a few years ago when my mother suggested I take a silversmith course with her.  From the moment I started working on my first piece of jewelry I knew that I was hooked. I get a great sense of satisfaction from taking a piece of sterling sheet or wire and being able to transform it into a work of art.   I enjoy all the phases of making jewelry- the planning, the shaping of the metal, polishing and seeing all the hard work come together in a finished piece. What I may envision when I start a project is not always what I end up with but that only makes the journey more interesting. I like clean, simple lines and tend to make things that can be worn everyday and with any outfit. I like to incorporate semi precious stones, glass, pearls or different metals into my creations.  No two items will ever be exactly the same.  All my pieces are individually made, by hand, in my home workshop.
