Justin Holdren(b.1978)had an interest in art from an early age and his parents encouraged his creative interests. Justin began drawing as soon as he could hold a pencil and he started painting while in high school.
Although Justin completed two years of art training, he is largely self taught.
Upon completion of his studies, he became partner in a graphic design firm and also began an intense study of landscape painting.. His interests quickly moved from commercial work to painting.
Justin's work has appeared in juried and solo shows and can be found in private collections across the country. He is a signature member of the American Society of Landscape Painters and he paints on location as well as in the studio. His oil and acrylic paintings are predominately impressionistic in style, although he does enjoy experimenting with other styles of painting.
He lives with his wife Lucinda and their daughter in Snow Camp, North Carolina.
